Southwest Business Associates provides organizational,
financial, public relations, facilities and market planning,
business development and management services in Colorado,
Arizona, New Mexico and Utah to clientele including Indian
Nations, local governments and private business. Southwest Business Associates has been
serving the Four Corners region for over 12 years.
SBA has been
involved in property assessment, management and development
since becoming a Company. It has been responsible for real
estate and farm loan appraisals for rural banks and has
represented Fortune 500 companies in property-assessment
matters throughout the Southwest. Recently SBA has partnered
with the Navajo Nation to promote youth substance abuse
prevention facilities under the Our Youth, Our Future title.

Cortez, Colorado -
The Cortez Tram Commission was created in the Fall of
2003 to explore the feasibility of an aerial tramway between Cortez and
Mesa Verde National Park. The following representative was appointed to
serve on the committee:

Shiprock, New Mexico -
Nation officials say they plan to close the Four
Corners Regional Adolescent Treatment Center when its contract expires Dec.
31. The center has been the only adolescent residential treatment center on
the 25,000-square-mile Navajo reservation. The center is owned and operated
by Our Youth, Our Future, Inc., a private company based in Farmington. The
committee is part of the Navajo Nation Department of Behavior Health. |
